How we deliver

Typical timeline
Single-suite refreshes often land in 2–4 weeks; multi-suite or floor-wide work follows a phased calendar we agree on up front.
Pricing
Fixed-scope proposals after walkthrough. Change orders only when you approve new work in writing.

We carry general renovation trades; specialized AV, access control, or sprinkler changes stay with licensed partners you name or we recommend.
Do you renovate offices while people are working?
Often yes, in phases. We plan noisy work in windows you approve, protect floors and furniture, and keep corridors safe for foot traffic.
Will you move our furniture?
Light repositioning inside the suite is common. Full moves or storage are usually handled by a mover you hire; we can coordinate timing so construction stays on track.

I want to thank this construction company for the excellent work! Everything was done with high quality, neatly, and within the promised timeframe.
