How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Timeline depends on the work involved. A cabinet reface or countertop-only swap can be 1–2 weeks. A full gut with layout changes is typically 6–10 weeks once materials are on site; cabinet and countertop lead times are included in the schedule we give you.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We identify when permits are required — typically for electrical, plumbing, or structural changes — and handle filing and inspections so your project stays compliant.
Can I stay in my home during the remodel?
In most cases, yes. We use dust barriers and stage work to limit disruption. For a full gut, many homeowners set up a temporary kitchen elsewhere; we can discuss what makes sense for your layout.
Do you help with material selection?
Yes. We guide you through cabinet lines and door styles, countertop materials and edges, backsplash and flooring options, and fixtures — within your style and budget. We work with local and national suppliers.
What about appliances?
We don't sell appliances but we coordinate cutouts, electrical and gas connections, and venting. You buy the range, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.; we make sure everything fits and is properly connected.
How are quotes structured?
You get a written estimate with line items for cabinets, countertops, plumbing, electrical, tile, flooring, and labor. We call out allowances where you'll make a final selection so there are no surprise add-ons.

Do you do open shelving or mixed cabinet styles?
Yes. We install open shelving, glass-front uppers, and mixed cabinet-and-shelf layouts. We can match existing cabinet style or design a custom mix for your kitchen.
Can you relocate the sink or range?
Yes. Moving the sink or range involves plumbing and/or gas and electrical. We coordinate rough-in and finish so the new layout works and meets code.
What's included in finish work at the end?
Trim (baseboards, end panels, filler strips), caulk, touch-up paint, fixture install, and a punch-list walkthrough so every detail is complete before we close the job.
