We include labor and materials. Structural changes may require permit.
Zero-threshold — will water leak?
Proper slope and waterproofing contain water. We build a sloped pan and use a linear drain or center drain. No curb does not mean no containment.
Can you convert a tub?
Yes. We remove the tub, build an accessible shower with proper slope and waterproofing. Drain location may need adjustment.
