Room updates and connected finish work
Start with the room or group of rooms that needs to work better, then keep the finishes that touch it in the same conversation.
Remodeling scope
Remodeling planned around the rooms you use
Connect the visible updates, repair work, finish details, and daily-use decisions across 30 mile radius around Raleigh and Durham without turning a focused remodel into an undefined construction project.
- Kitchen and bathroom remodeling with cabinets, counters, tile, fixtures, and paint coordinated
- Basement, laundry, mudroom, office, and single-room refreshes
- Flooring, drywall, trim, doors, paint, shelving, and finish carpentry that close out the room
- Focused remodels that can be phased when the home needs to stay usable
A practical plan before work starts
The useful first step is a clear scope—not a long list of products with no order of work.
- Photos, rough measurements, priorities, and the conditions you already know about
- A written sequence for demolition, preparation, installation, finish work, and punch list
- Clear notes about selections, access, occupancy, protection, and specialist coordination
- A final walkthrough standard so the small details are not left behind
Ready to define the next step?
Send the rooms, task list, photos, and timing for your Raleigh & Durham project. We will help separate the priority work from items that need a specialist or a later phase.

Kozub Remoldes LLC I highly recommend William Kozub. He spackled the sheet rock in a new bathroom and painted .He fixed 3 ceilings where drywall tape was separated and painted them. He was meticulous in his work and did a great job. He arrived on time each day and covered all the furniture and rugs before beginning work on a room. He covered each room with plastic and also the doorway so that dust didn’t escape. He cleaned up when he finished each room. He was concerned that I was satisfied and worked to make the job look great.
