Selections that belong in one conversation
A single product choice can change preparation, clearances, transitions, and the next trade.
Finish planning
Choose finishes that work together in the real room
Use the existing room, daily use, maintenance, lead times, and connected transitions to narrow finish choices before they turn into rework.
- Cabinet color, hardware, countertop edge, backsplash height, and wall protection
- Flooring product, subfloor preparation, thresholds, stair details, and adjacent trim
- Tile layout, grout, caulk, waterproofing interfaces, niches, benches, and fixtures
- Paint sheen, trim profile, doors, built-ins, shelving, and final touch-up expectations
Make the choices easier to quote and schedule
The best selection list names what is decided, what is still open, and what needs another review.
- Product links, dimensions, samples, photos, and the finish you want to match
- Room conditions, rough measurements, access, pets, furniture, and occupancy
- Lead times, delivery constraints, cure time, protection, and the order of work
- A written allowance or decision point for anything that could change the scope

Kozub Remoldes LLC I highly recommend William Kozub. He spackled the sheet rock in a new bathroom and painted .He fixed 3 ceilings where drywall tape was separated and painted them. He was meticulous in his work and did a great job. He arrived on time each day and covered all the furniture and rugs before beginning work on a room. He covered each room with plastic and also the doorway so that dust didn’t escape. He cleaned up when he finished each room. He was concerned that I was satisfied and worked to make the job look great.
